Kayla Schroeder, Fresh Future Founder and Certified Personal Growth Coach, is passionate about supporting people of all ages during many of life’s peaks and valleys. Through dedicated one-on-one Biblical Counseling and Mental Health Coaching, Fresh Future empowers women of all ages with effective tools to manage all of life’s transitions.

Meet Kayla

Kayla Schroeder has been working with women in crisis situations for nearly two decades. Her vision and passions have led to the creation of multiple successful businesses and nonprofits—all of which were built on the foundation of supporting and uplifting women of all ages. Kayla meets people right where they are with acceptance and no judgment.

A wife, mother, counselor, personal growth coach, pastor, mentor, and Texas native – Kayla is a true pillar in her community. Her heart for healing and helping extends especially to teens who are seeking to find themselves and their purpose. Kayla loves sharing Christ and seeing people’s lives completely changed by His love. When she was young, she was the one experiencing this very kind of life transformation. She understands how important being heard and understood is when you are struggling.

Her passion for loving people has taken Kayla on mission trips to all corners of the world—including Africa, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Japan, Ukraine, and Haiti – where she’s worked with college-aged young adults and families in need.

Professional Background

  • Kayla Schroeder is the Founder and prior Executive Director of Pregnancy Help 4 U, a nonprofit that supports pregnant women.  The Keller location was opened in 2011 and a second location was opened in 2015, in North Richland Hills. Overall, she built a network with 18 area churches that help support Pregnancy Help 4 U. In 2012 she was commissioned a Pastor over Pregnancy Help 4 U by the Cross Timbers Church Lead Pastor, Toby Slough.

    Kayla has worked in local pregnancy centers for 12 years where she has had held a variety of positions such as Director of Client Services, Office Manager, and Community Outreach. She has experience working in various Help Centers around the Metroplex serving people from many different demographics. Kayla played a key role in opening a Pregnancy center in Irving across from MacArthur High School in 2008.

    Thirteen years later, Pregnancy Help 4 U has expanded to 20+ support centers across Texas with an $800,000 budget.

  • In 2016, Kayla and her family opened Shine Unique Boutique as another way to support women in business and nonprofit charities – and they do so by donating with a portion of their profits. Shine Unique Boutique caters to fashionable women of all shapes and sizes so everyone can find something they enjoy and feel fabulous in.

    Kayla’s love for fashion holds a significant history as well. She granted with a fashion degree and enjoys staying up-to-date with current trends, colors, and styles. Alongside her daughter Teah, and with support from her husband Terry and son Tanner, they stay connected with their customers and treat them with the utmost care.
